Dear parishioners and families:
Weather reports are forecasting dangerously cold temperatures at the beginning of next week along with the possibility of heavy snow. Please see below regarding inclement weather notices in regard to Mass and scheduled ministry.
SUNDAY MINISTRY CANCELLATIONS: Due to dangerously cold temperatures and heavy snow possibilities, Sunday ministries including RCIA, Antioch, Religious Education, and Boy Scouts Board of Review are cancelled.
SUNDAY MASS: According to Episcopal Policy, if the Boone County Sheriff or Zionsville Police Chief orders roads to be closed because of weather, there are no Masses and the Sunday obligation does not apply. Please check local news information before leaving home this weekend.
PARISH OFFICE CLOSING: The parish office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6 and 7 due to the temperatures and snow. In the case of a Sacramental Emergency, please call the parish office line at 317.873.2885 for further instructions.
SCHEDULED MINISTRY FOR MONDAY & TUESDAY: Religious Education classes have already been cancelled for Monday, January 6. Ministry directors will communicate any further cancellations regarding scheduled ministry on Monday and Tuesday of next week. If you or your family has plans to be at the parish for any activity on these two days, please look for information from your ministry leaders. Daily Mass will still occur unless roads are ordered to be closed by the Boone County Sheriff or Zionsville Police Chief.
Please take all other necessary precautions to remain safe and warm during inclement weather.
