As the parish office relocates its operations to a new building this week, office email and phone access will become unavailable at times. Please see the notices below for if you should try and contact the office or a staff member between Wednesday, September 12 and Friday, September 14.
Calling or faxing the office: There will be a point when the parish office phone system will be down as we transition to another system at our new location. We are planning for a quick and smooth transition so that as few callers as possible will be effected.
If you call a staff member or front desk: If you leave a voicemail, please know that even though recorded, messages may get lost as we transition to a new system. Therefore, if you leave a recorded message, or do not receive an automatic greeting at all, please try calling back or emailing that staff member or front desk. See a list of staff email addresses
Sacramental Emergencies: If you call the front desk and hear the automatic greeting, you will still be able to direct your call to the Sacramental Emergency line. During the time the phone system transitions, calls will not be answered at all. If you do not hear an automatic greeting when calling, you may want to consider contacting another nearby parish. Sending Email: Email access will be unavailable as operations are setup in the new parish building. Incoming email will still reach our accounts; however, we will not be able to respond immediately. If you email a staff member or the front office, please know that we will do our best to reply to all messages as soon as we are able. See a list of staff email addresses
