Fruitrul Harvest 2018 Biennial Campaign

Saint Francis of Assisi, an Italian and one of the most venerated religious figures in history, is often remembered as the patron saint of animals, but he is also remembered for his wise understanding of the power of giving. It was St. Francis who said, “For it is in giving that we receive.”

And so we have received much here, at St. Alphonsus Liguori, in the 2018 Fruitful Harvest Campaign, “Walking Together in the Light of Christ.” Parish families continue to give, and as of Dec.14, a total of $467,892.16 had been pledged to the biennial diocesan campaign. That’s $80,025.16 more than the goal the diocese established for us, and the amount that comes back to our parish to be used for our future campus expansion.

So far, 25% of parish families have contributed, and we would dearly love to see that statistic improve dramatically before the campaign ends. There is still time to contribute!
