COFFEE - Catholics Offering Faithful, Friendly Examples & Experiences
More family faith formation programming is around the corner for parents and you're invited! This Tuesday, January 31, kicks off the first of a new monthly series where parish parents can share and learn from one another. The series will use the book, Small Steps for Catholic Moms, by Danielle Bean and Elizabeth Foss, as a guide for group discussion and for guests to read at home.
The book is divided up into months that focus on a different virtue to help in parenting and spiritual growth. Topics will include Joy in January, Simplicity in February, Sacrifice in March and more.
As adults gather for each session, they are encouraged to bring a coffee mug or their favorite Starbucks classic to these friendly and casual group discussions.
Two meeting times will be available each month to cover each topic in the book. Parishioners have the option to pick between mornings from 9:45 to 11:45 a.m. in the St. Robert Room and evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. in Parish Hall. Or guests may switch up times to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
Feel free to contact Religious Education Coordinator, Brenda Knecht, at email@example.com with any questions about the book or sessions. You may also call the parish office at 873.2885.
Future COFFEE Chat dates will be Tuesday, February 28; Tuesday, March 27 and Tuesday, April 24.
