Today, the Church celebrates the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ, more commonly known as Corpus Christi.
Parishes are encouraged to have a Corpus Christi Procession to "take Christ to the world.” This procession is a public profession of faith that the real presence of Jesus Christ is found in the Blessed Sacrament carried by the priest.
After the 10:30 AM Mass, weather permitting, we will process from the nave to the Mary Garden where we will have a benediction. Afterwards, we invite you to stay for fellowship. Coffee, lemonade, and donuts will be available as we catch up with each other and meet new friends.
If it rains, the Corpus Christi Procession will occur within the church with no reception afterwards.
