Changing giving methods is easy for online giving users!
Whether you have a credit card expiring, you're changing cards, or you're switching bank accounts … you can easily check and update payment methods in your online giving account.
When you need to update information for payment methods, simply log into your online giving account and click the option “Payment Methods” on the home screen.
There you will be able to see a list of credit or bank accounts you have entered to use for your gift giving. You can easily click to edit account information or card expiration dates for already entered accounts, select to remove an account, or click to enter a new payment method.
The online giving service will automatically email users with expiring credit cards to help remind them to make these updates. The service will also email users if there is a payment method entered that is not usable due to invalid account or routing numbers.
