Extra Volunteers needed: A few more volunteers would be greatly appreciated for overseeing the kids' party hat making station or serving as a campus tour guide. Both roles are fun and simple. Please email [email protected] if you would like to take part in either station.

Instructions for Sunday, October 14:

Setup: Please enter through the front doors of Weitzel Hall between 10:30 and 11:15 a.m. Ministry volunteers will check in at the door. As we move tables following the RE classes, please feel free to set your display items down inside the hallway until tables are placed for the fair display. Any extra hands moving tables inside the room will be much appreciated!

Displays should be no bigger than half the area of a large round table. Ministry displays will be spaced so that up to two volunteers can stand on either side of their display.

What to do or say?
- Smile and say hi to guests as they pass by. Feel free to interact by asking if they're having a good time, share with them what you like about the parish, thank them for stopping by, etc ...

- Share what your ministry is about or maybe what a coming event will be.

- Feel free to pass out items like event save-the-date cards, fliers, candy, prayer cards, or stickers.

- Don't feel the need to ask everyone to sign up ... allow guests to say they'd like to be a part of your ministry. If they do give you their name and email to include them on ministry communication be sure to email them following the event, thank them for stopping by and add them to your ministry's email list.
