The Knights of Columbus are teeing off with preparations for another charity golf tournament this spring.
The 5th Annual St. Alphonsus Liguori Charity Golf Tournament offers a special 18-hole, 4 player scramble for a chance to win exciting prizes while making friends and raising support for the community.
Individuals are welcome to build a 4 person team and compete at the tournament that will take place at Golf Club of Indiana on Saturday, May 17. The shotgun start will fire off at 12:30 p.m. with the tournament and other game contests including a hole-in-one shootout, straightest drive, closest to pin and putting contest.
Following the tournament, players are welcome to enjoy a selection of appetizers and special award ceremony.
Don't play, but want to come? Any parishioner is welcome to volunteer and help with Knights' events. Serving at their May 18 golf tournament is a great way for men of the parish to learn first-hand what it's like to be an active Knight of Columbus. Sign up to volunteer at the golf tournament
Own a business? This annual tournament offers great sponsorship opportunities for businesses and organizations to take part in this community event. View sponsorship opportunities
All proceeds from the tournament will help support Habitat for Humanity of Boone County, Boone County Special Olympics, and the Knights of Columbus Charity Fund.
Hurry and registers before spots fill up and try your swing at this fun outing aimed to bring together and build community while serving others in need.
