Bulletin announcements: Parish ministries are welcome to submit an announcement for the weekly bulletin. This can be information about upcoming programming, events, a note of gratitude, etc. All announcements and inserts are first come first served and need to be received by 8 a.m. on the Monday prior to the weekend distribution for the issue you would like your message to appear. Please submit requests by email or in a Publisher or Microsoft Word document to Nicki at parishsecretary@zionsvillecatholic.com.

During specific holidays, announcements require early submission deadlines that will be communicated in previous bulletin issues.

Bulletin Inserts: Bulletin inserts are fliers created by a ministry to promote a specific event, program or to inform and educate. Up to one insert maybe included in a bulletin issue. Ministries should contact the parish office or email parishsecretary@zionsvillecatholic.com to reserve a weekend that their flier will appear. Please have volunteers available to stuff inserts into bulletins the Thursday or Friday prior to its distribution.
